We are proud to announce that, in recent months, Silvair has been highly acknowledged by the lighting industry. Our interoperable wireless lighting control solution, based on the Bluetooth mesh networking standard, has been both awarded and shortlisted for many prestigious awards. It definitely proves that the industry has noticed the potential of the Bluetooth mesh - a technology which is said to become the main driving force of wireless lighting control in 2019.     

During the last Trends in Lighting 2018 conference, Silvair was recognized for its set of tools enabling time- and cost-efficient commissioning of Bluetooth mesh lighting installations and, in the end, became the winner of the Connected Lighting Solution Award. During the ceremony, we were presented by a well-known lighting designer, Rogier van der Heide, who praised us for delivering a product that allows users to focus specifically on lighting configuration, instead of network building procedures that are mostly automated.

Recently, it was also announced that Silvair is shortlisted in the darc awards, a unique contest where independent lighting specialists are invited to vote on their favorite projects and products. We are competing with 9 other candidates in the Best Architectural Lighting Products – Technology category. The award ceremony is tomorrow so keep your fingers crossed!

Taking into account that last month we were also shortlisted for the Connected Lighting Concept of the Year in the LuxAwards 2018 and received an honorable mention, it is hard to express how grateful we are for being recognized among some of the most recognizable companies in the business. This is definitely what keeps us motivated as we constantly strive for perfection!
